  • 10 Years frontman Jesse Hasek says that this song is about people who build walls to separate themselves from others. In building walls we lose contact with people and we don't realize these same walls confine the growth of relationships. >>>

  • James from Kansas City, Moi think this song is about a hard relationship going nowhere. the first line is "how small do you want me to be?" which to me seems like someone having complete control over a person. then the chorus, "you build your walls for me to climb," i think means that the person is being forced to do everything for this person, and being forced to climb walls.
  • Beth from Salem, OrThis is my favorite song by them, well... actually it's tied with "Through the Iris". I think it's funny how alot of there other songs everyone has their own idea of what the songs are about, because the words are so cryptic. This song however is straight forward and I love it so much! =)
