Songfacts®:

  • This song features vocals by Nashville singer-guitar player-rapper, Spree Wilson. Afrojack recalled the track's origins to Billboard magazine: "I started working with Spree on the song in the studio and he already wrote the song. Then the label came and were like, 'Hey look: we're the label, let's put some major artist on there' and it didn't really work because it completely disrupts the balance of the song. It became too pop sounding." Ultimately, Wilson was retained as the featured artist, a first for the songwriter.
  • The music video was directed by Tim Nackashi, who is best known for helming clips for artists such as Maroon 5, OneRepublic and OK Go. The visual sees Afrojack hitting Las Vegas and partying in a mansion. (The Dutch DJ was a resident at the time at Sin City's Wynn luxury resort).
  • This was released as the lead single from Forget The World. Afrojack told Rolling Stone that the album title has a lot of meaning for him. He explained: "It's basically a message not just to my fans, but also to myself, to always remember to keep following your heart, keep following your path, and never try to let the things around you get you down."
