Songfacts®:

  • In 2010 the Brazilian born, British based rap vocalist Aggro Santos took part in ITV's reality show I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!. He lasted 17 days in the Australian jungle before being voted out in 6th place. He explained in an interview with Digital Spy that this song "refers to the time I wore a yellow leotard in the jungle. I called my bulge my 'anaconda,' so it's inspired by that."

Santos isn't the first artist to refer to his "anaconda." The great booty-poet Sir Mix-a-Lot proclaimed on his famous song "Baby Got Back": "My anaconda don't want none unless it got buns hon."
