Songfacts®:

  • Music-loving Agnetha was raised in a working-class family that had no piano. However, a neighbor did. "One of the first things I did was write a song," said Agnetha. "Using one finger, I wrote Två Små Troll (Two Little Trolls). I was five years old." (Source ABBA The Official Photo Book)
  • Agnetha's father ran local amateur revues so she learned to get up on a stage early in life. The youngster sung in the revues some of the songs that she'd written herself, including this tune.
