Songfacts®:

  • This is a duet between Dutch musician and producer Alain Clark and his father, Dane, who has played in a local cover band since the late 1970s. Alain told The Daily Mirror March 13, 2009: "I decided to do the song after laying down a couple of ideas. I realized it could never be corny as long as I kept it real, said what I wanted to say and wrote it as a dialogue. My dad was very enthusiastic when I suggested doing a duet. I was very honored when I got the final version and he told me, 'I couldn't have written it better myself'."
