  • Alma-Sofia Miettinen is a Finnish singer-songwriter who is professionally known as Alma. She first gained recognition in 2013, when at the age 17, she finished fifth on the seventh season of Finnish Idols.

    Her debut EP, Dye My Hair, spawned two Top 10 Finnish hits in 2016. Alma has also been featured as guest vocalists on several other artists' songs, including Sub Focus' "Don't You Feel It" and Martin Solveig's "All Stars."
  • This is Alma's third solo single. Penned by Alma with Henrik Meinke, Jonas Kalisch, Pascal Reinhardt, Jeremy Chacon and Alexsej Vlasenko, it became her first international hit, reaching the charts throughout Europe.
  • Alma penned this song about an initial attraction while in Berlin. She explained to Dazed:

    "I just had a strange moment when I was in a club and I was very wasted and somehow this person made me feel, like, 'Wow.' It's about this weird feeling you get when you see someone and you look into each other's eyes. I think I felt that a bit more, sober."
