• Ashanti's first two albums both went to #1 in America, but she's also well known for her collaborations. She sang or wrote lyrics on tracks by Ja Rule, Fat Joe, and Jennifer Lopez.

• In 2022, Ashanti got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. At the ceremony, her mom Tina brought a souvenir star she purchased decades earlier on her first trip to Los Angeles with Ashanti. At the time, her mother predicted that one day Ashanti would have her own star.
