"Life has hurdles for us all to jump over. It's how we grow and how we learn and become stronger, and this song is about leaping over one of those hurdles we all face."
• Musically, the song nods to Asking Alexandria's 2017 gold-certified song "Alone In a Room."

• The female vocalist is singer-songwriter Grace Grundy who rose to fame with soulful, slow cover of popular hit songs. She also guested on Asking Alexandria's Like a House on Fire track "I Don't Need You."
• Matt Good produced the track along with the rest of Asking Alexandra's Where Do We Go From Here? album. Good is best known as the lead guitarist, lead vocalist, and the only constant member of the American post-hardcore band From First to Last. In more recent years, Good focused on his production career and has worked with Asking Alexandria since their 2017 self-titled album.
