Songfacts®:

  • Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso are two-thirds of the now-defunct trio Swedish House Mafia; the EDM supergroup, which also included Steve Angello, split up in March 2013 following a farewell tour. Their first performance as a duo was in 2014 at the June 8th Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City. This song is Axwell Λ Ingrosso's debut single.
  • The song was debuted in a Beats by Dre commercial, which features Nicki Minaj, Big Sean, 2 Chainz and Kendall Jenner, amongst others. The ad launched the brand new line of Beats headphones called "Solo," just in time for the 2014 holiday buying season.
  • Asked by HMV.com when the pair decided that they would stick together, Axwell replied: "We were working in the same studio in Stockholm and we were helping each other with our tracks and we realized it just made sense. In the same way that Swedish House Mafia was created, it was an organic thing, it was one track at a time, not some big plan."
