  • Two music videos were made. The first features the guys on a ski vacation in the Rocky Mountains, where they meet up with a group of girls. One of the girls was Kristin Willits, a model/dancer who was dating Kevin Richardson. The pair married in 2000.

The second clip shows each Backstreet Boy singing in his own apartment, where they each entertain a girlfriend. Brian Littrell's future wife, Leighanne Wallace, plays his love interest. The couple met on the set of another Backstreet Boys video: "As Long As You Love Me." Littrell's onscreen canine pal is also played by his real-life dog.
  • The second video was the one released to MTV for the US market. When the network debuted Total Request Live in 1998, "I'll Never Break Your Heart" was the countdown's first #1 video, outranking 'N Sync's "Tearin' Up My Heart."
