Songfacts®:

  • This Christmas song was co-written by Backstreet Boys members Nick Carter and Howie Dorough along with Mika Guillory and Morgan Taylor Reid. The tune pays homage to some of the sights and sounds of the festive season. "We're so proud of this new song," Carter told AOL Music. "There aren't that many original holiday songs out there - which is so crazy to say - and we really feel we made a timeless contribution to the season and a song our kids will be listening to."
  • This was the first new song recorded by the group since Kevin Richardson rejoined them earlier in 2012.
  • The song serves as a sequel to the Backstreet Boys' 1996 ballad, "Christmas Time."
