  • Despite its title this electronic rock track from Betty Moon's ninth solo album is actually about "not running away and facing tough life situations." She told originalrock.net: "I think it's very relatable, and each listener will take it their own way. The song almost didn't make the album, as it was up against over 20 tracks total. As a creative it was really tough to trim it down and just go with the ones that fit best."
  • This was the third single from Moon's Hellucination album, following "Save My Soul" and "Crazy (What You Make Me)."
  • On the album's concept, Moon explained: "Hellucination is a deeply personal album with some very meaningful and relatable topics I've been really looking to address. Although I want the listener to make the lyrics and topics their own, I think we can all agree that life sometimes feels like a hallucination of sorts and it's really up to us to make it something positive. There's a lot of negativity out there and hopefully these songs can take us a step further in the right direction."
