Songfacts®:

  • This track features vocals from Sarah Barthel, one-half of the indie Electro-Pop group Phantogram. It is one of three contributions that she made to Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors. Their connection came about from Big having heard the intro to Phantogram's "Mouthful of Diamonds" track on a popup ad on his computer. He told Fader magazine "I'm closing out of a 'You have just won a prize' screen and 'Mouth Full of Diamonds' came on and I Shazamed it." After contacting the duo on Twitter, Barthel and Phantogram's other half - guitarist Josh Carter - came down to Atlanta to work on the record.
  • Big Boi referred to Barthel during a listening party for the album as "my new Sleepy Brown," a reference to the singer who provided the hook for such Outkast songs as their #1 hit "The Way You Move" and the Vicious Lies track, "The Thickets."
