    Ozzy Osbourne has admitted to taking not just meth, but dizzying amounts of cocaine, alcohol, prescription drugs, and even cough syrup (sometimes at the same time). Earlier in April, Ozzy admitted that he had relapsed and had been taking drugs and drinking for the previous year and a half.
