  • In Black Knight - The Ritchie Blackmore Story, the legendary guitarist says of this track that Germany being very close to him through reincarnation, he started giving his instrumentals German titles - something he did with the much earlier (and slightly misnamed) "Weiss Heim." This one is slightly misspelled too because he thought "Bachhaus" meant "Bach's house," but in fact it is one word.
  • Although usually dominated by the band's violinist, their live 2006 performance for the 2007 Paris Moon DVD featured some interesting extended showboating by bass player Robert Curiano, which included a snatch of inter alia "La Marseillaise." >>>
