• Eight out of Levitate's twelve tracks, including this one, are from a musical that Hornsby has been working on with Broadway director Kathleen Marshall called SCKBSTD. He explained to The Express Night Out that this song, "is portraying something that's happening in the story of the musical. It's utilizing physics language, like I said, to illustrate this guy who's lost his spouse and he's fantasizing about going back into time. Hence the line: 'seven times around the world in a single second.'" He added: "This is the sort of thing that happens in closed time-curves: slower times elapsing, time slows down. This is a guy fantasizing about time traveling and these are physics terms kind of a little obtuse, enigmatic and excruciable to people. I love the terminology, I love being able to find a way to put that in the song and I thought it was an interesting take on someone missing someone else."
