  • Cee-Lo enlisted Phillip Bailey on co-vocals for this rant about how guys easily become fools for women. Bailey is a long-time member of the legendary group Earth, Wind & Fire and also has had several solo hits, the best known being his collaboration with Phil Collins, "Easy Lover."

Cee-Lo bigged up his collaborator in an interview with Concreteloop.com: "I just love Philip Bailey so much. He's just like my all-time favorite vocalist and his soul and sweet spirit, I just wanted to meet him, reach out to him, embrace him, just let him know that he was appreciated and if he would honor me by lending his vocals."
  • Long-time Cee-Lo collaborator Jack Splash produced this tune. Splash and Green's previous credits together include "T.O.N.Y.," which the pair penned for Beyoncé's sister Solange Knowles in 2008.
  • The song has been around since the mid 2000s when Jamie Foxx recorded it but didn't use it for his album. Cee Lo told Concreteloop.com: "I know Jamie doesn't mind me saying this 'cause me and Jamie are very cool." He added: "Everybody still loves that song. It has that staying power."
  • The single version of the track features guest vocals from Melanie Fiona. The Canadian R&B/Soul singer-songwriter is best known for her hits singles "Give It To Me Right" and "It Kills Me."
  • Melanie Fiona first met Green during the 2010 Soul Train Music Awards. Her lyrics for this song were a last minute job - she scribbled them down on her way to the studio session.
  • This won the awards for Best R&B Song and Best Traditional R&B Vocal Performance at the 2012 Grammys.
