Songfacts®:

  • The title track from Charli XCX's second EP, "Vroom Vroom" features production work from Sophie. The Scottish producer has also worked alongside Diplo, including on the Madonna single "Bitch I'm Madonna." Charli told Radio.com:

"That's like me and Sophie just kind of f—ing around and doing the first thing that comes into our head. And you know what's weird about that song is the chorus is pretty pop, actually. The sounds are probably too crazy for some people, but it is essentially, that chorus is a very pop chorus."
  • The song shares a title with Charli's own label Vroom Vroom Recording, which she uses to champion little known artists that she really loves.
