  • Chase Rice cranks up the volume on this Jeremy Bussey and Travis Denning penned song. "These last few years have been a whirlwind, being out on the road building our live show and working on new music for the next record," Rice said. "I've lived a lot and had some incredible experiences and opportunities, but I've also been spending some time out at my farm, just unplugging for a bit and reflecting on what music means to me and what it means to all of the people who have shown up and supported me over the years."

"That's why this song, 'Everybody We Know Does,' is really special to me," he continued. "We went in and recorded it with some of Nashville's top studio musicians, so it's our sound and our lives reflected in this song. It's who we are, and that's ultimately what brings us all together."
  • Chase Rice named his 2016 fall tour after the song. "When I first heard [it], I was immediately reminded of all the songs I listened to growing up," he recalled, "the songs my dad and I would listen to our on our farm and it just put me right back at home in those moments. It's a message that I needed to hear, and from the feedback we've been getting already, I think the fans feel the same way."
  • The song's music video was shot by Chase Rice's tour videographer, Cody Cannon. We see the singer cooking and relaxing around a bonfire with his friends and family.

"This music video is as real as it gets," Rice said. "'Everybody We Know Does' is my life in a song … [I]t's about what makes us who we are and what brings us together, and we wanted to capture that in the purest way possible with this video. It's literally my friends and me hanging out at the farm, gathering around a fire, singing our favorite songs and trying to make the most out of life."

"Whether we're on the road, performing for thousands of people or just kicking back at home," he added, "this is who we are."
