  • This single by American dance rock band Cobra Starship was taken from their fourth studio album Night Shades. It finds frontman Gape Saporta singing about wanting to go out with a girl, despite the opposition of her parents. "Your daddy always said you should stay away from a fool like me, a fool like me / And when your mama sees me calling on your telephone, she hangs up on me, the bitch hangs up on me," he sings. It was released for download on iTunes on August 9, 2011.
  • The song features the Plastiscines who are a French all-female rock band whose music has been used on several episodes of Gossip Girl. The trio also featured on Panic! At The Disco's Vices & Virtues track, "Nearly Witches (Ever Since We Met...)."
