It was probably the last song Danny Rolling ever wrote, and was definitely the last one he ever sang, because as he did so at around 6pm local time on the above date when he was strapped to a gurney in Florida State Prison and injected with a lethal cocktail; he was pronounced dead at 6:13.
  
  It remains to be seen if this apparent act of repentance sent him on the "Stairway To Heaven" rather than the "Highway To Hell" because Danny Rolling was no common or garden-variety murderer. In 1989, he committed a triple murder in Shreveport, and the following year murdered five students at Gainesville in three separate incidents. >>>
