Songfacts®:

  • Originally recorded solo by David Gray for his Mutineers album, the British star re-recorded the track as a duet with LeAnn Rimes for a single release. The pair first met backstage at a show on his 2014 tour of North America and performed a live performance of the song together in Phoenix. Gray said: "Everyone remembers LeAnn as this kid who notched up all these huge hits however many years ago. But what a lot of people seem to have forgotten is just what an incredible voice she has. A voice that, if anything, [has] only grown stronger over the years."
  • While snow is relatively common on the hills that surround Las Vegas, it is rare for flakes to settle on the famous Sin City's strip. However, on December 17, 2008, 3.6 inches of snow fell, forcing the school district to call off classes for the first time in 30 years.
