This single by Pop-Rock singer Demi Lovato is taken from the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam Soundtrack. Demi is joined on the song by her co-stars Alyson Stoner, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle and Jasmine Richards.
In the song, Demi's character, Mitchie Torres, encourages her friends not to give up despite the fact that many of the Camp Rock instructors and campers have been lured to a new state-of-the-art camp across the lake.
Demi commented in a video on the singing scenes that she filmed for the movie: "The recording process is really fun," she said. "You need to go to the studio and sing a lot of really great songs and have fun. You get really excited for singing a song and wondering what it's gonna sound like when everybody's voice are on it."

Karen from Manchester, NhEven though I'm a grown-up, I love this song. However, the only problem I have is, having young children, every time I hear the line, "This is serious", I hear it in the voice of the ducking on "WonderPets". It's her catchphrase, and she says it with a lisp: "This is Sewwious". Sometimes if my daughters are listening to this song, I'll purposely sing that line that way to make them laugh.
