Songfacts®:

  • This song was originally released as an instrumental, reaching the Top 10 in several European countries including France and Belgium. A vocal mix was released for the American market, which topped Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart. It was Deorro's first ever #1 single in his home country.
  • The American version that was released featured vocals by DyCy. The Mexican/Californian singer first met Deorro at a kickback in May of 2010. The pair worked on a song together and she went on to feature on several albums that the Los Angeles DJ/producer released under his former moniker of TON!C.
  • Deorro told Billboard magazine regarding the song: "This one has always been special to me, ever since it was just an idea. The inspiration came from a man who would always travel five hours to see his loved one, and five hours just to return home every day."
  • This was the first song produced by Deorro that was not intended for any DJ sets, which is why it doesn't contain his typical intro or outro. "Overall, this song has definitely been a complete new experience for me," he said. "It taught me to never have boundaries or limitations when it comes to production."
