  • This depiction of the harsh social and political realities of Britain in 2009 samples British reggae legends Aswad's song "Warrior Charge." Rascal first heard the song in the 1980 cult film Babylon. He recalled to The Daily Mirror Sept 18, 2009: "That was a mad one. I was watching the movie Babylon with my cousin and fell asleep. I woke up when they were singing that chant, 'We can't take no more of that', at the end of the film. A few weeks later, (producer) Shy FX sent me a beat and that was the chorus. It was a bit of an omen. I've wanted to do a reggae track for a while and that film ties in where I came from with the sound system culture of the 70s. Underground, turntables, raves - it's all the same thing. I'm loving that. I feel kind of blessed to be able to make that link."
  • Rascal told The Sun August 28, 2009 about this horn driven reggae influenced protest song: "It's nice because I'm bridging the gap between generations and pushing the culture forward. It's pretty much what I was doing when I came out of the grime scene, drum 'n' bass, the whole thing with two turntables. They even get hip-hop from Jamaica first so it's a part of what I do."
