  • Paul DelVecchio is an American television personality and disc jockey whose stage name is DJ Pauly D. He is best known for being a housemate on MTV's reality show Jersey Shore and his own spin-off show, The Pauly D Project. Arising from his success on Jersey Shore, Pauly D signed a three-album deal in August 2011 with 50 Cent's G-Unit Records and G-Note Records. This is his first single from his debut album. "I wanted to put out something different, something people could relate to with a little emotion," Pauly D told MTV News about why he chose this as his first single. "But I wanted a nice melody, I also wanted it to play it in the club, I wanted it to be able to play on the radio and people weren't really expecting this from me." The song was released on iTunes on January 15, 2013.
  • The track, which took three months to put together, is a collaboration with Jay Sean. The British singer told MTV News that it was important that their ideas "meshed" together. "With me and Pauly, it was a lot more organic feeling," he said. "I'm a firm believer in the fact that when music is made organically and when it's not contrived, it shows in the music and I think the energy that goes into the melting pot of that song, it really will come to life on radio and in the club and that's what happened with this song."
