    Goulding wrote the song in sunny Los Angeles while recollecting an ex who wanted her "at his convenience" just as she was getting over him. Goulding intentionally penned the tune tongue-in-cheek as she found the situation amusing rather than acrimonious.

  • Speaking on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, Goulding praised Blackbear for laying down a flawless verse first time without them even being in the studio together.

    "This is one of the first times that someone has sent me something across and I just didn't have any notes or any comments," she said. "It was just so perfect this verse that he did. He absolutely nailed it."
  • The Emil Nava-directed video is set in a surreal woodland in middle America, where Goulding takes control after being stranded in a remote wood cabin with two black bears. The singer told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column that Guy Ritchie's gangster flicks Snatch and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels served as inspiration for the clip.

    "I loved it when they were all bloodied-up and they'd been punched in the face but they're carrying on laughing and joking," she said. "So I love stuff like that. And (the video) gave me an opportunity to act. I've always wanted to act."
