Songfacts®:

  • In May 2007, California socialite Paris Hilton - famous for being famous - was sentenced to 45 days in jail for twice violating her probation after being convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol. Public anger was aroused by the lengths she went to in order to stay out of jail, and by the arguments of some of her fans and supporters. Hilton was to eventually serve half her sentence amid much histrionics.

Comic Eric Schwartz, or "Smooth E" as he likes to be known, recorded this song as a sendup. The music video features a barking Chihuaha (Hilton's lapdog) and a male Hilton impersonator in a blonde wig. >>>
