Songfacts®:

  • This is the title track of American Contemporary Christian Band FFH's tenth studio album, which was conceived in struggle after FFH frontman Jeromy Deibler was diagnosed with MS. Despite this, there are songs of joy and promise and this country-rock number with the message of thriving even during the desert times is a case in point. Diebler commented: "That's what our life is all about right now. If there is a theme that ties this record together, that's it. It is about new hope and joy. It is about being content in the hard times and never going back to the old status quo."
