Songfacts®:

This is a track from Flotsam and Jetsam's eleventh studio album, Ugly Noise. Speaking with Myglobalmind.com, vocalist Eric Knutson said this is one of his vocal favourites on the set. "I poured a lot of heart into that one and it came out really well," he explained.
Guitarist Michael Gilbert told us that this mid tempo tune is one of his favorite tracks on Ugly Noise, too. "That's got a pretty good emotion, and it's got a lot of vibe to it," he said. "When Eric got on there and all the parts came together, man, I was just like, 'This turned out to be really way better than I thought it was going to be.'"
Flotsam and Jetsam used PledgeMusic to raise funds for the recording of Ugly Noise. The campaign was successful and the album was released on December 21, 2012.
