Songfacts®:

  • This was the only new song on Foreigner's No End in Sight: The Very Best of Foreigner album. It was the first new Foreigner track since 1994's "Mr. Moonlight" and the first recorded output from the latest lineup of the band. The newcomers were former Hurricane frontman Kelly Hansen, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, drummer Jason Bonham (son of John Bonham) and former Dokken bassist Jeff Pilson. Only utility player Thom Gimbel was left from the band's previous lineup.
  • This was produced by Marti Frederiksen (Aerosmith, Def Leppard) and co-written by Oliver Leiber, whose credits include Paula Abdul's "Opposites Attract."
  • After vocalist Lou Gramm's departure in 2003, Jones had contemplated disbanding Foreigner permanently. However it was Jason Bonham who talked him into reforming the band. Jones explained to the Sunday Express: "Jason and I had known each other for a long time but lost touch until a mutual friend put us together. He said, 'Why don't you reform the band? People out there would love to hear the songs again.' At the time, Lou was touring under the name of Foreigner, but he wasn't doing very well or sounding very good. So, within six months, we were touring again."
