  • Adam Walker from IllinoisWhat an amazing , genious written song. George Strait is already one of the best country singer. Nice story telling both by bartender and bar customer. And outcome is also amazing end of the song. I hope this song won't be underappreciated song overall.
  • Garrett from Phenix City, AlAlan Jackson told a story on a CMT Insider George Strait special that Keith Stegall came up to Alan and played him the song on the guitar. When he was finished, he asked Alan what he thought of the song. Alan Said he liked it, then Keith said, "Good because George Strait just recorded it. Alan said, jokingly that he was kind of upset that he didn't hear about it first, but really he was glad that strait could have a big hit with it. As I've said before, I am a big fan of Strait's music, and this is another great country song. It is the way country music ought to sound. (country, without all that pop bull crap mixed in with it. This kind of so-called country they're playing on radio today has never really made sense to me. I like my country country!
