Songfacts®:

  • This protest anthem is a single from indie rock singer-songwriter Sam Duckworth, who records under the name of Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly and comes from his self-titled third album.
  • Duckworth told The Sun: "It's about being in a mass of people, looking around and seeing all different ages and backgrounds and celebrating that solidarity of people coming together for one reason."
  • British Breakfast television presenter Adrian Chiles makes an appearance in the song's music video. Duckworth told The Sun the ITV1 star's appearance is because of his support for Premier League football team West Bromwich Albion. He explained: "My mate regularly sits with Adrian at West Brom matches. I had the idea for the video and was asking around if anyone knew a suitable actor to play the role. But thanks to my friend's powers of persuasion, Adrian's generosity with his time and West Brom football club we got one better!"
