  • In a September 2012 interview with Digital Journal, the band were asked if "Can't Get Any Lower" was about a specific incident or something more general. Through Andrew Thompson of their management company, the band replied, "You are right, it is a generic song that pretty much encompasses everyone who has ever had a low point in their lives. There wasn't anything particularly personal apart from observations from the environment in which we grew up."
