Songfacts®:

  • On "On One Tonight," Gunna shows off a $200,000 AP watch and showcases his high taste level while traveling the globe.
  • Gunna paints a luxurious picture of traveling from Greece to Spain on a luxury Hatteras yacht:

Across the sea, huh, Hatteras in Mykonos, Greece, man, they love me in Spain

Mykonos is an island in the Aegean Sea known for its summer party scene.
  • "On One Tonight" is the eighth track, and at 91-seconds the shortest song, on One of Wun. Gunna and his close collaborator Turbo cranked out nearly 100 songs for the album, for which Turbo, a longtime friend, served as the executive producer. To capture the essence of Gunna's opulent style, they spent a month recording in a studio built on a yacht.

"Recording in the middle of the ocean on a f—–g boat," Turbo told Billboard. "I had never done that."
  • Turbo's prodigy Kenny Stuntin and Internet Money's Nash Beats cooked up the beat. Stuntin' contributed to nine out of the 20 One of Wun tracks.
