Songfacts®:

  • Jamie T wrote this song when he was in Nashville. "It's funny when people assume that songs are about London," he told NME. "I wrote a few (Carry On The Grudge cuts) out of London. I was reading a lot at the time and it popped into my mind when I was reading. It's hard to remember how I was feeling at the time so maybe it was (how I felt about London then). It was more distaste at a situation, I suppose."
