Songfacts®:

  • This was co-produced and co-written by the singer/songwriter and rapper Missy Elliott.
  • This features Hudson's fellow American Idol contestant Fantasia in a duet with the Dreamgirls star. Whilst Hudson was a finalist in Season 3 of the competition, Fantasia was the winner. The actress/singer explained to MTV News how she ended up hooking up with her old friend: "It was such an honor to have her. I had two people on my wish list: One was Whitney and the other was Fantasia. I went into the studio with Missy to hear the song for the first time, and she said, 'I know you want to do a duet with Whitney, but I'd want to hear Jennifer and Fantasia.'"
