Songfacts®:

  • Lopez recorded this dance pop song for the soundtrack of the movie Step Up: Revolution. It also appears on her greatest hits album, Dance Again…The Hits. The track was produced by LMFAO's frequent contributor, GoonRook, who worked with the electropop duo on their international hit songs "Party Rock Anthem" and "Sexy And I Know It."
  • The song features a guest contribution from US rapper Flo Rida. Lopez told Mix 104.1/Boston that those involved in its production were already extremely happy before Flo Rida's rap, however, "when Flo got on it, I have to say too…everybody was just like 'AHHHH!' That took it over the top."
  • So why did Lopez and her team choose Flo Rida for this song? She admitted to MTV News' Swat Calloway that they originally had several people in mind. "You know, we thought about it and [it] was like, 'Who should we get? Should we get Big Sean or Flo Rida? All these names come up," Lopez revealed. "I just think that the style of the song really fit [Flo Rida]. It was half-dance, but half kind of hard too, you know, and I just felt like he was the perfect one."
