  • This ethereal tune got its title because it lasts for a duration of three minutes and sixteen seconds. Aiko explained the song's meaning to Lozza Music: "That song's pretty deep," she said. "It's about addiction, not just drugs, addiction to anything that you go to when you're in your darkest place and I think everyone can relate to that. We've all been to hell and back and that's pretty much what 3:16 is all about: going to hell and back."
