Songfacts®:

  • JLS open their fourth studio album, Evolution, with this Bangladesh produced track, on which the boys use plenty of dessert-based metaphors to describe their love.
  • An alternative version is included on the Deluxe and Christmas editions of Evolution featuring additional vocals from Tiffany Foxx, an independent artist well known on the underground circuit in the United States. Marvin Humes said of Foxx's contribution: "Tiffany helped us with a spectacular take of 'Dessert.' She cracked the vocals. We would love to see the version with her released as a single."
