Songfacts®:

  • Jonasu, aka Jonas Kröper, is a German born, Amsterdam-based songwriter and producer. In 2019 he teamed up with Sam Feldt, Rani, RØRY, and Dominic Lyttle to pen Feldt's tropical house single "Post Malone." This blend of pop, soul and house music is his first hit under his own name.
  • The song finds Jonasu likening the magnetism of a girl's seductive charms to supernatural black magic. The producer wrote the single with his "Post Malone" collaborators Rani and RØRY. "We had quite some fun the day we wrote this, chatting about our personal lives and talking about that feeling you get when someone has complete control over you," he said. "What you are thinking and how you are behaving, it's like being under a spell: Hence the concept Black Magic, where we are combining dark and sexy energy."
  • Rani also supplies the vocals. The Dutch singer was the vocalist on "Post Malone" too.

  • Scepticalism from RealityThis is only about maintaining the pro-black narrative rammed down our throats. In short, she's cooing over how it feels having a black c--k. Basically encouraging young girls to "give it a shot". Each to their own but don't pretend it's anything else.
