Songfacts®:

  • A re-working of British house music DJ KDA's "Rumble," this song features additional vocals by rapper Tinie Tempah and flame-haired songstress Katy B. The original instrumental had been doing the rounds in the clubs for a while, before the vocal version was released as a digital download on October 16, 2015 through Ministry of Sound.
  • The track debuted at #1 on the UK Singles Chart. "The success of this record has happened all by itself - I had no idea what was going to happen when we put it out," KDA told OfficialCharts.com. "I always wanted a singer and rapper on this track; and it feels like it's become one of those songs that people are allowed to like - which is just amazing!"
  • This was Katy B's first UK #1 single. Her previous best chart-ranking was the #4 that "Lights On" achieved. It was Tinie Tempah's seventh visit to the summit.
  • The song appeared on Katy B's 2016 album Honey in a version without Tinie Tempah's vocals.
