  • Here, KSI refuses to have anything to do with society's fakes and liars.

    I cannot pretend if I don't
Yeah, I can tell the fake from the fraud
Yeah, out here checkin' chins for the bank
That's why I can't be no friends, with no cap

The word "cap" is slang, meaning to lie or say something fake. "No cap" is also sometimes used to say "I'm telling the truth and not lying."
  • Migos rapper Offset supplies a guest verse. He has used the titular slang word several times before in his rhymes, including his single "Clout" recorded with his wife Cardi B.

If I go broke she gone leave, escape
I put 2 mill in the safe just in case, don't go my way (no cap)
  • Offset originally recorded his verse for PnB Rock's 2019 track "F--k Up the City," but it was left off the final version. KSI added the Migos rapper's verse to "Cap" later in the year, but he didn't get the final authorization until the beginning of 2020. "I didn't think Offset was going to say yes, if I'm being honest," KSI admitted to Apple Music. "He heard my verse and thought it was sick, and he gave me the clearance."
