  • Here, Lauren Alaina encourages young girls to step away from the mirror and love themselves as they are. "Pretty is not the amount of makeup on your face or the shirt you're wearing or the size of your pants - that is false," Alaina told Taste of Country. "People are pretty because they're nice and they care about other people and they have a good heart."
  • Alaina sings about her battle with bulimia during the personal yet empowering track.

All the other girls are thinner
    So you skip another dinner
And tell yourself "it's for your health"
What's the matter with this picture?
Girl, deep down you know better

After years of fighting her eating disorder in private, it was Alaina's mother who helped her on her journey to health and a positive self-image. "My mom made me look in the mirror every day and say three things that I loved about myself," she explained. "At first, I couldn't name anything. It was so sad. When my mom made me do that, I looked in the mirror, and I literally couldn't name one thing that I loved about myself."
