Songfacts®:

  • This song finds Wayne explaining that though many may view him unbalanced for his 'krazy' rhymes and lifestyle, he knows this and uses it to his advantage.
  • Wayne also shouts out his boys on Rikers Island who are playing Uno. Wayne became a master of the children's card game during his eight month stint behind bars at Rikers. "I'd bust a n---'s ass at Uno," the rapper told Rolling Stone.
  • The track's bouncy beat was handled by DJ Infamous who has frequently collaborated with Wayne in the past.
  • Director Colin Tilley took some inspiration from a movie classic for the song's music video. "We talked about putting Lil Wayne in a psych ward and I definitely took some inspiration from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, just as far as the look and feel for it," he told MTV News. "It's more of the psychological trip that Lil Wayne's going through in this place."

"I'm not talking about being crazy in the song, I'm just talking about being me, and a lot of people view that as crazy so we just wanted to capture that and have fun with it," Wayne added, laughing.
