Songfacts®:

  • This romantic ballad is the third single from American R&B artist Lloyd's fourth album King Of Hearts. The song finds the singer crooning that he wants to be the one to kiss the girl he loves goodnight, before Trey Songz, then Jeezy, contribute verses.
  • The song was produced by Polow da Don, who was behind the recording console for the majority of the album, Lloyd told The Boombox that the producer challenged his voice. "To have somebody in the studio who is constantly pushing me and always demanding more of me vocally is great," he said.
