  • Here, Logic boasts about running the rap game and having a successful career.

I don't do this s--t for nothin', but the family and the squad
Money ain't everything, tell me now what's that money to a god?

Logic compares himself to The Wizard Of Oz, who in the titular 1939 film, rules over Emerald City.
  • During the first verse, Logic talks about his huge tax bill.

I just paid ten million in taxes
Finger f--k all of them bastards way back in my GED classes
I don't mean to stunt on they asses, but I'm finna stunt on they asses

Speaking with HardKnock TV, Logic revealed that the line originally referenced a much lower number, but then his tax bill significantly increased after he signed a huge new deal with Def Jam. "On 'Wizard of Oz,' the original [line] was, 'I just paid a million in taxes.' And that was like a year ago when I recorded that song. That was one of the first songs I did," he said. "I had to up that $10 million in taxes. And then after that I got taxed way more. It was almost like my life was flexing faster than I could rap and keep it on the record, it was really fun."
