Songfacts®:

  • Louisa Johnson's debut solo single, following her win of the 12th UK series of The X Factor in 2015, was penned for her by Steve Mac, Ed Drewett and Chelcee Grimes. She told The Metro: "The song fitted with well with my life. It fitted well with my personality. It's about going out on a school night and knowing you have to work the next morning but not caring because it feels so good. It's real and honest."
  • Johnson performed the song for the first time on The X Factor on October 30, 2016.
  • The video was shot in the Californian desert, Palmdale, by director Emil Nava - who has worked with such stars as Calvin Harris, Rihanna, Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding. According to the press release the clip "plays on the theme of Louisa's alter-ego, and being so good versus so bad."
