Songfacts®:

  • This is the fourth single from American rapper Ludacris' seventh studio album, Battle of the Sexes. The song was originally released in April 2009 as a promotional single with vocals from Shawnna. After the Chicago-born rapper reportedly split from Disturbing tha Peace and signed to Nappy Boy Entertainment, she was removed from the album and the song was re-recorded by Ludacris with additional vocals from Atlanta rapper Lil Scrappy.
  • The song is tied into promotion of Conjure, the cognac brand Ludacris launched in 2009 with the Norwegian distillery Birkedal Hartmann. "I've been a cognac drinker since I can remember," Ludacris told Billboard magazine. "I set out to make a very fine cognac and mix the best ones together, like Louis XIII and VSOP and XO, all in one bottle, but for a more affordable price - especially in today's economy. So it's just about quality and a good price."
