Songfacts®:

  • This loverman fantasy is the third single from American rapper Ludacris' seventh studio album, Battle of the Sexes. The song is a collaboration between Ludacris and R&B singer Trey Songz, and the pair also wrote the song together.
  • A rapper named Marvo claimed in 2013 that he concocted the original concept for this song in 2009 with its producer Kajun, but the knob twiddler sold the song to Ludacris behind his back. Marvo added that Ludacris changed parts of the tune, but released it the following year with many of the original lyrics, including "Welcome to my sex room."
